The CouncilThe Chilliwack Community Arts Council is a non-profit arts organization that owns and operates the Chilliwack Arts Centre. Chilliwack and the surrounding area has many active arts organizations as seen in our Community Calendar of Events. The Arts Council presents a number of special events. The Arts Council also proudly manages Chilliwack Heritage Park for the City of Chilliwack. The Chilliwack Community Arts Council's twelve member Board of Directors set policy, have a clear mission and oversee the overall operation of the Council. The day to day operations of both the Arts Centre and Chilliwack Heritage Park are under the supervision of Rod Hudson, the Executive Director. The Arts Council's history of involvement in the community began in the 1950s. To participate in this continuing community involvement become a member of the Arts Council.
